The intuitive Gardena Bluetooth® App walks you through the installation process step-by-step. Once connected, you can use the built-in Scheduling Assistant to create up to three individual watering programs. Each program allows you to define specific start times, durations, and watering days based on your garden’s needs.

Need to skip watering due to rain? Simply activate the rain delay feature to pause watering for several days. This helps conserve water and ensures your plants are only watered when truly necessary.

The Gardena Water Control Bluetooth® is compatible with the Gardena Soil Moisture Sensor (Gardena #1867), sold separately. When connected, this smart sensor detects soil moisture levels and prevents unnecessary watering when the soil is already adequately moist — helping you save water and protect your plants from overwatering.

Easy Monitoring and Full Manual Control

Three clear LED indicators on the device display the status of the Bluetooth® connection, current watering activity, and battery level. Powered by a single 9V alkaline battery (not included), the system can run for an entire season without interruption.
